Data We Store

We store only what you enter: thought records, emotion ratings, and account email. No names, addresses, insurance numbers, or phone numbers are required.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Reframe service — saving records, showing stats, and enabling sharing with therapists you choose. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Data Storage

All data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU region, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Sharing

You control sharing. When you create a share link, only someone with the link and password can view that record. You can delete share links anytime.

Your Rights

• Export all your data from Settings
• Delete your account and all data permanently
